Sticky Sesame Chicken Wings

Deliciously sticky, these are a great lunch snack, party snack or pre-dinner canapé

  • 50ml of olive oil
  • 50ml of soya sauce
  • 50ml of tomato sauce
  • 50ml of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of Maple syrup
  • Salt and chicken seasoning, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, for sprinkling

Combine all the ingredients, reserving the sesame seeds until later, and marinade the chicken in this sauce for a few hours, or even overnight. Then bake them in the oven on 180°C until they’re brown and crispy, but still quite sticky. Give them a sprinkling of sesame seeds and serve. Finger bowls with hot water and lemon wedges may be needed here!
